At Paths to Wellness Counseling it is our goal to support you on your unique path to wellness. I use an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to find a balanced approach that meets the needs of the individual client.
Being heard and validated in your emotions is the foundation of a positive therapeutic relationship and something I hope to give to every client I am able to work with. It is my goal to provide an individualized approach to therapy that is grounded in proven techniques but is also flexible and able to adapt to specific needs of my client.
I offer a place of non-judgement where you can explore emotions, develop goals, and build coping skills while being supported with patience and empathy. Working with clients to build self empowerment and a personal sense of wellness is something that has great meaning to me as a professional.
Cultivating the coping skills to work through tough emotions and build greater resilience is not only possible but can create opportunities for you to thrive.
